Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Work Station: Dar es Salaam
Purpose of the position
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Also to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and social
media.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Marketing /Sales , Business Administration or related field of the
study - 2-3years progressive Sales experience Within Real Estate Industry
- Not more than 40 years of age
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation skills and Strategic prospecting.
- Computer literacy. (proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- High knowledge of IT will be an added advantage
Job description
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in renting the property for the right price under the
best terms - Display and market real property to possible clients
- Prepare necessary paperwork (Contract, leases , deeds etc)
- Maintain and update listings of available property
- Promote sales through Advertisements, Open houses and Listing services.
