Safer Power Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer  and Sales Engineers with a strong background in the renewable energy industry for EPC company. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in marketing driving the sales of solar products and services. These positions requires a highly motivated individual with proven marketing and sales skills and a deep understanding of the solar energy market.

Marketing Officer and Sales Engineers at Safer Power Company Limited

Position: Marketing Officer(1)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the renewable solar energy sector.
  • Identify potential business opportunities
  • Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trend sand competitor activities.
  • Keeping abreast of advancements in solar technology and industry regulations.

Position : Sales Engineers (2)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Offer technical assistant by providing detailed information and demonstrations of products to potential customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical presentations and proposals.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. This involves conducting site visits and evaluations to ensure solutions are feasible and beneficial
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets
  •  Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
  • Prepare detailed sales and technical documentation, including proposals, reports, and specifications.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable energy or Equivalent with specialization in business
    marketing and sales experience.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in solar products sales, with atrack record performance.
  •  Excellent communication in both English and Swahili with
    interpersonal skills.
  •  Persuasive and deal closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar energy products and services. • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • Must have teamwork spirit with low supervision and ability towork fast , independent and proper.
  • Must bear the positive attitude and cooperative mindset
  • Willingness to travel both upcountry and abroad as may be, the position is based in Dar es salaam.
  • Travel may be required for client meetings, conferences, and other business-related activities.
